Wolfeboro, NH- Meredith (Woodfin) Goddard, 73, of Wolfeboro, NH died March 8, at her home with her family by her side. Born November 23, 1938 in Marblehead, MA daughter of the late James Robert and Eleanor (Dupar) Woodfin, she has lived in Marblehead most of her life moving to Wolfeboro full time in February 2006 after summering there for many years. Just prior to her retirement Meredith worked as a secretary for the Town of Marblehead engineering department for many years. When traveling throughout the Middleast with her husband in the 1980’s, she also worked in the Communications office on the Ovda Airbase. “Merri” enjoyed each one of her jobs, putting her personality and good sense of humor into each aspect of her responsibilities. She is survived by her husband William Goddard of Wolfeboro, as well as her three children, Cindy and Bill Snow, Andrew Goddard and Robert Goddard. Meredith is also survived by her grandchildren, Josh, Lyndsay, Trista, James, Wyle, Prescott, Sam and Joseph. Services will be held in the spring, announcement will be submitted then.
