WOLFEBORO, NH Walter P. Kasianchuk, 88, formerly of Bradford, Mass. died August 6, 2013. Born and raised in Bradford Mass he graduated from Haverhill Trade School in 1943. During his senior year in high school he enlisted in the United States Navy and served honorably as a machinist mate during the concluding activities of World War II. In 1938 he met the love of his life Honey Burns and subsequently they were married in 1945. Wally had a long successful career as an equipment design and sales engineer in the food services business. He designed and installed many of the food services for universities and hospitals in Greater New England. Wally was an avid golfer often scoring his age and also shooting a hole in one. He was a long time member and fondly remembered by the many members of the Indian Mound Golf Course Family members include his beloved wife Honey Kasianchuk, his children starting with his daughter Diane and her husband Terry Mountain, Wally his son and his wife Sheryn Kasianchuk, Andrew his son and Donna his daughter and her husband David O’Brien. Honey and Wally have nine loving grandchildren, Kimberly, Michele, {Diane Mountain}, Daniel and Michael (Wally Kasianchuk), Ryan (Andrew Kasiancuk), Jacob, Hannah, Tess, and Luke (Donna Kasianchuk. They also have three wonderful great grandchildren, Sean, Madeline and Dillon (Diane Mountain). A memorial service open to the public is set for Saturday August 10, 2013 11:00 am at Baker Gagne Funeral Home 85 Mill Street, Wolfeboro, NH. A short burial service will be conducted following the memorial for family members only.
