Edward Montgomery Dennis

Edward Montgomery Dennis, 82, of Center Tuftonboro died February 27, 2015 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME. Born in Portland, ME on July 28, 1932, son of the late Ralph Miles and Marjorie Selena (Montgomery) Dennis, Ed was raised in Montgomery VT. Previous to moving to Tuftonboro in 1999, he lived in Groveland, MA. Ed worked for many years for GE Medical Systems as an x-ray salesman, before leaving to start his own company, Equipment Consultants Inc., Haverhill, MA. Predeceased by a son, H.W. Dennis, he is survived by his wife, Kathleen F. (McClellan)Dennis, four sons, Edward M. Dennis Jr. of Kingston,NH, Ralph M. Dennis of Ranson, West Virginia, Steven M. Dennis of Melrose, MA, and David A. Dennis of Augusta, ME, two daughters, Lois E. (Dennis) Bick of Brentwood, NH and Charlotte M. (Dennis) Crowley, of Enosburg, VT, eleven amazing grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Ed was also predeceased by three very special people, Charlotte R. (Montgomery) Soule and Horace Wheeler Soule, of Sheldon, VT, and Peter D. Soule of Montgomery, VT. Per request of the deceased and family there will be no services.
