Alexander Finley

Alexander Finley, 83 of Cleveland Hill Rd., Tamworth, NH passed away October 16 with his family at his side. Born March 24, 1939 in New York City, he was the son of the late Robert Lawrence and Sarah Barney (Bartlett) Finley. He has lived in Tamworth since 2014 previously living in Dover, MA, Wellesley, MA and Brookline, MA. Mr. Finley worked as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch for many years. He enjoyed hiking with his dogs and reading especially the New York Times and books on Roman history. Pre-deceased by his mother and father and a brother James Finley. He is survived by his wife Jane, a son Graham Finley of Allston, MA, 2 step sons John Kelley of Boston, MA, Jack Bryant of Truckee, CA, 2 step daughters Katie Kelley of Needham, MA, Jennifer Bryant of Brookline, MA, a granddaughter Lily Skinner and his 2 dogs Phoebe and Henry.
