Arthur Ralph Pennanen

Arthur Ralph Pennanen, 80 of Robinhood Rd., East Wakefield, NH passed away January 27, 2022 at his home. Born in Whitman, MA June 10, 1941 son of the late Ralph E. and Viola (Jokinen) Pennanen he grew up in Whitman, was a long time resident of Plymouth, MA and moved to East Wakefield in 2008. Art graduated from Silver Lake High School in Kingston, MA and Lincoln University. He worked for the Weymouth Shipyard, the Alaskan Pipeline, a ship inspector in other countries and as a surveyor in Plymouth, MA. Art was a small plane pilot and built his own experimental plane. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and metal detecting. He is survived by his wife Michele (Oaks) Pennanen of East Wakefield, 2 sons Aarne Pennanen of Poland, ME, Erik Pennanen of Mechanic Falls, MA, 1 grandson Tyler Pennanen and a great-grandson Wyatt Pennanen.
