Charles "Chuck" Huntress

Charles was born April 11, 1951 in Rochester, NH to Donald and Frances Huntress. On the evening of Sept. 3, 2022 he passed away after a long illness in his Wolfeboro, NH home. He lived on Old Stage Road in Sanbornville, NH for 30 years and worked for Washburne Wood Company for 31 years. He moved to Wolfeboro, NH a few years ago where he made his home for the rest of his years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife “Joani” Huntress, his sister Gail Sprague and his brother Donald Huntress. Charles leaves behind his life-long friend Jo-Ann Piper of Wolfeboro, his brother Paul Huntress and wife Debbie of Gonic, NH, his brother Glenn Huntress and wife Kelly of Farmington, NH, his half brother Richard Dore. He also leaves behind two daughters, Eliza Johnson of MA, and Kymbyl Urqhart of Granite, NH, 5 granddaughters, his aunt Bea Huntress and his brother in-law Mike Sprague. A graveside service will take place with immediate family at a later date. The Baker-Gagne Funeral Home of Wolfeboro, NH is assisting the family with the arrangements.
