Daniel Edward Olsen, 69 of Epping, NH formerly of Rochester, NH passed away May 28, in Dover, NH.
Born June 6, 1953 in Bronx, NY son of the late Jack K. Olsen and Rosemary (Wilson) Brown, he grew up in Oceanside, Long Island, New York moving to New Hampshire in 1976.
Dan worked as a cable turner for Simplex, Corp. for several years. He has participated in the Special Olympics since 1977 and was involved with community projects through Great Bay Community Service.
Survivors include his three brothers Kenneth Olsen of Tamworth, Michael Brown of New Sharon, ME, Allen Brown of Rochester, NH and several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be 3-5 PM Monday June 5 at the Baker-Gagne Funeral Home, 2395 White Mtn Highway, West Ossipee, NH.
A funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Tuesday June 6, at St. Katharine Drexel Church, 40 Hidden Springs Rd., Alton, NH.
