Donald Albert Conner

Donald Albert Conner, 85, of Aztec Dr., West Ossipee, NH passed away May 8, 2022 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro. Don was born May 15, 1936 in Wolfeboro, NH son of the late Albert and Carolyn (Langley) Conner. He has lived in Ossipee most of his life. Don worked as the manager of the State Liquor Store in Glen, NH for 20 years. He served his country with the United States Navy. He liked jazz, sports, watching horse racing, was a New England Sports fan and was a star basketball player at Kennett High School and the Navy. Survivors include his wife Margaret (Payne) Conner of West Ossipee, a step son Edward Horn of Manchester, NH, 2 step daughters Diane Bergin of West Ossipee, Alice Paquette of Amherst, NH, a brother Roland Conner of Derry, NH, 11 nieces and nephews, 6 step grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren. There will be no services. Donations may be made in his memory to the ARK Animal Shelter or an animal shelter of your choice.
