Donald Wilson Meyer, 90 of Clark Rd., Wolfeboro, NH passed away Wednesday December 27, 2023 at Mtn View Nursing Home in Ossipee, NH.
Born January 11, 1933 in Fairhope, AL, son of the late William and Pernile (Wilson) Meyer, he grew up in AL and moved to Wolfeboro 30 years ago from Hooksett, NH.
Don is retired from the US Navy and the US Airforce. He was an electrical Engineer working on computers for the military.
Don was a member of the Knights of Columbus, enjoyed boating and sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee with his family and snowmobiling.
Pre-Deceased by a son Donald Meyer Jr he is survived by his wife Madeline (Nolin) Meyer, 3 daughters Sonia Meyer, Mona Meyer, Deborah Devincenti, 2 sons Mark Harris, David Harris, a sister Dorothy Meyer, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Katharine Drexel Church 0n January 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM.
Burial will be at 1:00 PM in the NH VA Cemetery in Boscawen.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Donald Meyer may be made to Life Ministries of Wolfeboro, NH or St. Katharine Drexel Church, Alton, NH.
