E. Weston Newman

Conway-E. Weston Newman, 89 of Center Conway, NH formerly of West Chester County, NY, Lovell, ME from 1977 and move to NH in 2007, died August 23, at Mineral Springs in North Conway.             Edward was born in Somerville, NJ July 2, 1929 son of the late Edward W. and Edith (Winslow) Newman.  He grew up in Bethlehem, NH and went to college in Geneseo College in Geneseo, NY.  After graduating from college he served his country with the United States Navy.             He worked as a school teacher in West Chester County, NY retiring when he was 58.  After he retired he became a Captain for private yachts.  He was also a building contractor in NY and in Maine.             He is survived by his wife Margrit Newman of Center Conway.             There will be no services.  Burial will be at sea.             The Baker-Gagne Funeral Homes and Cremation Service of West Ossipee and Wolfeboro are assisting the family with the arrangements.
