Elaine Legere Turner

Elaine Legere Turner, 80, formerly of Chocorua passed away March 26 at Mineral Springs nursing home in North Conway, NH. Elaine was born in Shirley, MA June 2, 1941 daughter of the late Mathias and Hazel (Landry) Legere. She moved to Chocorua in 1983 from Glastonbury, CT. She worked for United Technology in CT and Flanagan Insurance in NH. Elaine was a member of the North Conway Country Club, enjoyed Kayaking and wintered in St Augustine, FL for 30 years. Pre-deceased by her husband Robert C. Turner in 2010 and a brother Ronald Legere of Enfield, CT in 2020, she is survived by a sister Constance and her husband Gary A Ryan of Winder, GA, 2 nephews Gary K Ryan of NH, Jeffrey Ryan of CT, 2 nieces Janet Mellilo, Christine Brazee and several grand nieces and nephews. At her request there are no services. The Baker-Gagne Funeral Home and Cremation Service of West Ossipee is assisting the family with the arrangements.
