Tamworth-Henry Ellis Sharp, 90 of White Mtn. Highway, Tamworth died July 30, at Memorial Hospital in North Conway. Born April 7, 1927 in McCelland, Iowa son of the late Irwin Spencer Sharp and Blanche Perkins (Ellis) he grew up in Iowa later moving to Metheun, MA and moving to Tamworth in 1979. Henry served his country during WII with the United States Army. He worked many years as a self-employed contractor. He was a hard worker, loved his family, looked forward to Sunday Dinners with family and friends, loved nature and wrote poetry. Pre-deceased by a son Richard Sharp and a sister Elsie DiCenzo he is survived by his wife Violet Jeannet (DiCenzo) Sharp of Tamworth, 4 sons Irwin Sharp of Tamworth, Henry Sharp of Metheun, MA, Douglas Sharp of Tamworth, Lloyd Sharp of Albany, 2 sisters Shirley Meyers of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Delores Hanson of Omaha, Nebraska, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
