Judith Ann Lawless

Judith Ann Lawless, 83 of 18 Taylor Drive, Wolfeboro, NH passed away November 07, 2021 at her home with her family by her side. Judy was born in Detroit, Michigan October 24, 1938, daughter of the late Harold and Esther (Gustus) Sherman. She moved to Wolfeboro in 1980 from Worcester, MA after vacationing here since 1968. Judy was a parishioner of St Katharine Drexel Church in Alton, NH, she served on the board at the Lakes Region Humane Society, was a member of the Wolfeboro Garden Club, the Melvin Village Hikers, the Friday Breakfast Club and Taco Tuesday group. She also worked at Milligan’s Pendleton Shoppe, Black’s Gift Shop, Emma Taylor and Morrisseys’ Front Porch. Pre-deceased by her husband Jerry Carter Lawless, she is survived by her five children and their spouses, Doreen & Larry Murner of Glenmoore, PA , Michael Lawless of Wolfeboro, NH, Cindy & Tim Melanson of Wolfeboro, NH, Chris & Tom Ayers of Glen Rock, NJ and Patti & Aaron Morrissey of Wolfeboro, NH. She leaves 14 grandchildren, Matthew, Connor & Nicole Lawless, Elizabeth & Andrew Murner, Christopher and Greg Melanson, Meaghan, Allison, Brian & Steven Ayers and Abigail, Liam and Carter Morrissey. Calling Hours will be 4-6 PM Saturday November 13 at the Baker-Gagne Funeral Home, 85 Mill St., Wolfeboro. A Funeral Mass will be 1:00 PM Sunday November 14 at St Katharine Drexel Church in Alton, NH. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Wolfeboro.
