Philip A. Smith, 81 of Lower Beecham Hill Rd., Water Village, NH, passed away February 3, 2022 at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro. Born in North Yarmouth, Maine April 23, 1940 He was predeceased in death by his mother Ann Hamilton Smith Nason and George Walter Smith Sr. his Step parents Walter Nason and Y. Teresa Petitpas, he lived most of his life in Freeport, ME and prior to moving to NH 7 years ago he lived in Albany, Vermont for 18 years. One of 13 children, he is survived by 10 of his siblings. Philip worked as a heavy equipment operator for Pike Industries. He was a Master Mason in Vermont, a lover of fine China, a tinkerer, he was a farm boy who never gave up his love of the outdoors, he loved to sugar and make maple syrup. He would give a hand-up and help those in need. He was strict but a good provider and friend. Survivors include his life-long companion Deborah L. Rosewolf, his 4 children Phillip A. Smith Jr. (Buddy) of CA, Robert Smith (Bobby) of ME, Bonnie Smith of Washington State, Barbara Smith (Barbie) of Alabama, 3 step children , Troy Page of Hawaii, Douglas Page of Asia, Tammy Page MacLaren of Maryland and 11 grandchildren, The Baker-Gagne Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family with the arrangements.
