Robert Louis Spurr

Tuftonboro---Robert “Bob” L. Spurr Sr., a resident of Tuftonboro, New Hampshire, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at the age of 83.

Bob was born on March 25, 1942, in Lynn, Massachusetts, son of Wilbur and Ethel (Baker) Spurr.

Bob worked as a heavy equipment operator with the Union IUOE Local 4 in Boston, a career that spanned several decades.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Laurie Spurr; his son, Robert Spurr Jr.; his step-son, Will Smith and his wife, Samantha and their children, Liam and Mackenzie; two sisters, Sandra Michaud and Patricia Brown; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Wilbur Spurr.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Baker-Gagne Funeral Home in Wolfeboro, NH.

Visitation services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
